A commission on bookings guests pay for on montenegro.com — where we handle the payment, the payout and the dispute if one happens. Instant booking requires a free identity verification (we must know who receives a guest's money). Inquiries you settle directly are always 0%, and bookings from your own website are never commissioned.

The rate is all-inclusive: on a montenegro.com booking the card-processing cost comes out of our share, never yours — no payment surcharge. The rate applied to a booking is locked at the moment of booking and shown in your console. Bookings on your own website carry no commission — for those we pass through our payment-processing cost plus €1 per booking, since we are not the one selling the stay.

Rates upgrade automatically when your hosting record qualifies — and once earned they are never taken away for a bad month. Identity verification and a configured payout account are required for both.

Photos & drone film

Good photography is one of the highest-leverage upgrades for a listing — so we put you in touch with local photographers and drone operators near your property and help you brief them. You pay them directly: we take no commission and add no markup. They are independent businesses, not our staff, and we do not warrant their work. Just ask.

Setup & support — how it works here

Everything is self-serve by design — and the Host Academy and written guides are free forever. There is no plan to buy and nothing that unlocks with money.
If something on our side is broken, fixing it is free. We aim to acknowledge a fault report within one business day and to fix service-affecting faults as our first priority. Planned maintenance, and outages at providers we depend on, are not faults — we will tell you when either is happening.

Commission is deducted from montenegro.com bookings before payout; the exact amount is shown per booking in your console. Payment processing runs on Stripe; payouts are batched weekly after guest check-in.
